Unsatisfaction due to plant shortages, damages, or quality must be reported to Flori-Design Inc. within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. Claims reported after the specified time frames will not be honored. Cancellation of packed orders will be billed a 20% restocking fee. These claims can be done through our administration and sales staff.
